Vive's gel seat cushion has a liquid gel core over a supportive foam layer. As you sit, the fluid inside moves pressure away from high-pressure areas such as the tailbone toward areas with less, spreading it more evenly than a plain foam pad. It fits standard wheelchairs and office chairs.

About The Gel Seat Cushion
There are four layers in all: the gel, the foam, a waterproof seal and a removable, water-resistant cover with a nonslip base and a durable zipper. The cover is machine washable. Choose a 2 in or 3 in thickness in sizes from 16 x 16 in up to 24 x 18 in. Most sizes hold 300 lbs; the 22 x 18 in and 24 x 18 in sizes hold 500 lbs. The materials contain latex.
