Authorized Dealer

Drive Medical

Home medical equipment, mobility aids, and bathroom safety products.

Our relationship with Drive Medical.

We are an authorized dealer for Drive Medical. That means we sell the equipment, install it ourselves, and service it afterward. It is not a catalog listing.

Being authorized matters for two reasons that show up later rather than at the point of sale. Warranty work has to be performed by an authorized servicer, and parts availability depends on the same relationship. A cheaper install from someone without it becomes expensive the first time something fails.

Where Drive Medical equipment shows up in our work.

Mobility & Medical Equipment

Power mobility, complex rehab and seating, standing frames, showering and changing equipment, patient lifts, and home medical. Configured by ATPs and CRTS on staff.

How The Work Happens

Consultation

A conversation about the person, the building or the fleet, and the budget. Free, and with no obligation to buy anything.

Site survey

A technician surveys the site in person and gives you a written scope, so the price you agree to is the price of the job.

Installation

Factory-certified technicians install and commission the equipment, and stay until everyone who has to operate it can.

Service

Maintenance and repair for as long as you own the equipment, from the people who put it in. Scheduled preventive maintenance where a contract calls for it.

The Credentials Behind The Work

Anybody can sell equipment. Installing it legally, configuring it clinically, and servicing it afterward takes credentials that have to be earned and kept current. Here is what our team holds.

Elevator Mechanic

State Elevator Mechanic Licenses

Licensed elevator mechanics, state by state. Residential elevators and platform lifts are regulated work in most jurisdictions, and this is the license that makes it legal to do.

ATP

ATP, Assistive Technology Professional

RESNA-recognized credential for evaluating a person's needs and specifying the assistive technology that fits. This is who you want configuring a power chair or a seating system.

CRTS

CRTS, Complex Rehab Technology Supplier

The credential for supplying individually configured complex rehab. It is what separates a supplier who works alongside your clinical team from one who ships a box.

CAPS

CAPS, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist

Training in modifying a home so someone can stay in it. It is the difference between installing equipment and understanding the house it goes into.

MSE

Mobility Service Excellence

Industry service certification covering installation, maintenance, and repair standards across mobility equipment.

EPA 609

EPA Section 609

Federal certification for handling refrigerant in vehicle air conditioning. It is required to legally service a bus AC system, and it is why fleet work is something we can actually take on.

Questions about Drive Medical.

Are you really an authorized Drive Medical dealer?

Yes. That means we can sell Drive Medical equipment, install it, and perform warranty service on it. Ask any supplier this question and ask what happens to your warranty if the answer is no.

Can you service Drive Medical equipment somebody else installed?

Usually, yes. Being authorized on the line is what makes parts and warranty work possible regardless of who put it in. Tell us the model and we will tell you plainly.

What if this is not the right brand for me?

Then we will say so. We hold more than forty manufacturer relationships precisely so the equipment gets matched to the situation rather than the situation being talked into the one line we carry.

How long do parts take?

Parts availability runs through the dealer relationship, which is one of the real reasons it matters. We will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.

Looking at Drive Medical equipment?

We will come out, measure the space, and tell you whether this is the right line for your situation or whether something else fits better.
