It is high-density polyurethane foam under a breathable stretch nylon cover, with a non-skid bottom so it stays where you put it.
Every size is 7 by 12 inches in cross section. Lengths are 18, 24 and 34 inches. Proactive includes a 1 year non-prorated warranty.
