A plain wedge is one of the simplest positioning cushions. This Protekt wedge is high density foam, tapering from 3 in to 1.5 in or from 4 in to 2 in, a shape Proactive uses to keep the sitter from sliding forward and to support posture.

About The Protekt Foam Wedge Cushion
Its firm foundation is made for sling-seat wheelchairs, which can hammock under a soft cushion.
Widths of 16, 18 and 20 in carry 250 lbs, and the 22 and 24 in sizes carry 500 lbs and up. A breathable, fluid resistant stretch nylon cover and buckles come with it. Warranty: 1 year.
