The Protekt 100 is a pressure redistribution foam mattress with a core made entirely of high resilient 1.5 density foam. The foam measures 28 ILD (indentation load deflection), a soft construction that lets the body sink in.

About The Protekt 100 Pressure Redistribution Foam Mattress
Its nylon cover is vapor permeable and fluid resistant, with a low shear/friction surface. A 360 degree zipper lets the cover come off for cleaning or replacement, and a flap covers the zipper to keep fluids away from the foam core. A fire sleeve meets Federal Fire Code 16 CFR part 1633.
Weight capacity is 350 lbs. The Protekt 100 is 6 in thick; the Protekt 100 Plus is 9 in and is listed with 3 in raised rails. Both are 36 in wide, in 76, 80 or 84 in lengths.
