The Protekt Supreme Support is a self-adjusting air and foam mattress. A series of 10 interconnected air cells and pressure valves continually equalizes pressure as the person moves or changes position, with no pump needed in the non-powered version.

About The Protekt Supreme Support Self-Adjusting Air/Foam Mattress
On top is a layer of Visco Gel Polymer Technology (VGPT), an open cell visco memory foam infused with gel polymers that Proactive says dissipates heat quickly and breathes more than traditional foam. The heel section is sloped, and the stretch nylon top cover is fluid resistant, breathable and fire retardant. Adding the optional alternating pressure pump turns it into a dynamic powered air mattress.
Sizes run from 35 x 80 x 7 in (500 lb) to 54 x 80 x 7 in (700 lb), with a 35 x 84 in length too.
