The Protekt Aire 3500 layers a 5 in air mattress over a 3 in densified fiber support base, for a full 36 x 80 x 8 in system. Proactive designed the fiber base as a support layer in case of a power failure.

About The Protekt Aire 3500 Low Air Loss / Alternating Pressure Mattress System
It runs on the Protekt Aire 3000 pump, which combines low air loss and alternating pressure, alternates on a preset 10 minute cycle and has an air flow dial, a static function and a visual low pressure alarm.
The quilted nylon top cover is fluid resistant, and a pillow top section limits head and neck movement while the cells alternate. Rated for 350 lbs. Also offered with foam raised rails, and as replacement mattress, cover or bladder.
