The Protekt Aire 1500 is an alternating pressure overlay: a 3 in pad that lies on top of an existing mattress and a pump that inflates and deflates its cells in a 10 minute cycle.

About The Protekt Aire 1500 Adjustable Alternating Pressure Overlay
A manual knob sets the air flow, and the on/off switch lights up. The pump hangs on the bed with its hooks and runs on a 14 ft cord. End flaps hold the pad to the mattress.
The pad measures 35.5 x 78.5 in and is made of fire retardant PVC, 11.5 gauge. Weight capacity is 300 lbs. Order the full system, or the pump on its own as a replacement.
