Proactive's Advanced Chair/Bed Alarm is the Advanced Series monitor for pressure sensor pads, in the version without a nurse call port. It sounds when weight comes off the pad and resets itself when pressure is reapplied. It works with most manufacturers' sensor pads, as well as buckle and hook-and-loop seatbelt sensor attachments, and a switch on the alarm turns it into a floor sensor monitor.

About The Proactive Advanced Chair/Bed Alarm
Top-mounted lights flash slow green when armed and fast red when alarming. Staff reset it with a hidden dual button, and a screw option locks the control panel against tampering. You can choose tones and low or high volume, and set a 2 second delay. Cord strain protection is built in, which Proactive includes so sensor pads do not need replacing because of ripped cords.
A rubber case, low battery alert, mounting bracket and detachable mounting strap round it out. The alarm is always in the on position, runs on one 9V battery (included) and has a 1 year warranty.
