Proactive built its sling line for long-term care and homecare settings, and this Sit-to-Stand Sling is the solid nylon version for stand-assist use. Nylon and polyester are the fabrics the maker uses across the range, and Proactive says they can be used in wet or dry environments.

About The Proactive Sit-to-Stand Sling
Four sizes are listed. Medium, Large and X-Large are all 16 in long, at 32.5, 44.5 and 56.5 in wide. XX-Large is 19 in long and 62.5 in wide. Proactive's table gives a 600 lb weight capacity for every size. We list the maker's sizes as printed; choosing one is up to the user's care team.
Washing instructions are printed on each sling's label. Keep wash temperatures at or below 185° F, then air-dry or use a low dryer setting.
