This Proactive sling combines a divided leg design with a head support, in mesh. It has separate leg sections and a head support for use during a lift transfer.

About The Proactive Divided Leg Mesh Sling with Head Support
It comes in Small, Medium and Large. Proactive's size table lists a 600 lb weight capacity for each size; it does not give length or width measurements on the page. Proactive makes its slings for long-term care and homecare.
Washing instructions are on each sling label. Keep the wash at 185° F or below, then air-dry or dry at a low temperature.
