Two things happen at once in this 8 in Vive mattress. Its 20 air cells inflate and deflate in cycles of 10 to 12 minutes, and small ventilation holes in cells 4 to 11 let a controlled flow of air move beneath the person to help manage heat and moisture.

About The Low Air Loss Alternating Pressure Mattress 8 Inch Standard
The digital pump adjusts pressure from 30 to 110 mmHg and switches between static and alternating modes. Cells 1 to 3 act as a pillow. For safety, there is a CPR quick-release valve, a static bottom layer and alarms for low pressure and power failure.
The mattress is 80 in by 34 in by 8 in with four side handles and supports up to 300 lbs. Warranty: 1-Year on the pump, 60-Day on the mattress.
