This 8 in Vive mattress combines alternating pressure with powered positioning. Its 19 TPU air cells alternate in cycles of 12, 18 or 24 minutes, while the three at the head stay inflated. Beneath it, four separate bladders can tilt the mattress about 45 degrees to the left or right and raise the head or the foot.

A digital pump and remote control run everything: a weight setting from 80 to 350 lbs in 1 lb steps, a static mode that holds all cells at 40 mmHg, rotation and elevation, control lock and mute. Audible and visual alarms signal low pressure or a power loss.
The waterproof PU cover zips off, CPR valves at the head deflate it quickly, and two foam side panels add support. Capacity is 350 lbs.
