About The Ergonomic Toe Separators
Pick a size by shoe size. Small fits women's 6 - 7.5 and men's 6 - 7, medium women's 8 - 10.5 and men's 7.5 - 10, and large women's 11 - 12 and men's 10.5 - 13. They are 22-25 mm thick and can be worn inside socks, with wide-toed shoes or barefoot around the house.
Each pack holds two pairs and a carry bag. They are blue and latex-free. Wipe with a disinfectant wipe or wash in warm water with mild detergent.
