A U-shaped pad surrounds a callus instead of pressing on it. These Vive felt pads put a 4.8 mm cushion around the spot, with a 12.5 mm opening in the middle, so shoe pressure lands on the felt rather than the callus.

About The U Shaped Felt Callus Pads
Each pad is soft, lightweight felt with a double-coated tissue tape adhesive on the back. Stick it directly on the foot or inside the shoe. They work with sneakers, sandals and high heels and hold through active days. The layers do not peel apart.
The pack holds 24 pads, one size, in brown/beige. Each measures 52*48*5 mm. Vive lists them as not latex-free.
