A finger ladder is a set of steps you walk your fingers up to stretch the shoulder, elbow and wrist a little further each time. The Vive Finger Ladder has 34 rounded steps, each angled at 60 degrees, on smooth red oak with a clear protective coat.

About The Finger Ladder
It comes in three solid wood panels that join with the included cam screws and dowels, for a total length of about 52 inches. Mount it two ways: hang it over a door with the padded bracket, using the eight silicone pads to protect the door, or screw it to a wall at any height through the pre-drilled holes. It weighs 2.71 lbs. Wipe it with a cloth and keep it dry.
