About The Ice Wrap Replacement Packs
The packs hold a non-toxic clay gel that stays pliable when frozen, in a latex-free composite material. Freeze them flat for at least two hours, or warm one in the microwave at full power for 15 seconds, knead, and add 10-second intervals; stop if it starts to expand. Slip them into the wrap's interior pockets. Vive's dimensions: knee 9.5 by 4.25 inches, ankle side packs 7 by 6.5 inches, ankle top 10.5 by 4.5 inches, shoulder 9.5 by 9 by 6.5 inches. Sessions should not exceed 20 minutes.
