About The Vibration Platform
The platform is 20 in by 12 in and 4 in high, topped with a textured nonslip plate and resting on four non-marking feet. It supports up to 400 pounds. Choose from five preset ten-minute sessions or set one of 180 speeds yourself, using the LCD or the remote.
Two resistance bands anchor to the base for upper body work, each with a soft foam handle. It plugs into a standard 110V outlet with a 44 in cord. Wipe it with a damp cloth and never submerge it.
