About The Resistance Bands
Start with light tension and work up. The bands get thicker with each level, from .25 mm on the extra light to .65 mm on the extra heavy, and Vive describes them as sturdy and snap-resistant.
Use them for stretching, strength training or as part of any fitness routine. They are made from a durable composite material; wipe them down with a dry cloth as needed and store them somewhere dry.
