The Plantar Plus is Vive's firmer full-length orthotic insole. A reinforced arch and a deep heel cup, both stiffened with a firm composite, support the natural shape of the foot. Vive designed it for plantar fasciitis, flat feet and high arches.

About The Plantar Plus - Full Length Insoles
Extra EVA foam padding at the forefoot and heel absorbs the impact of each step. The arch rises to 26 mm, while the insole is 7 mm at the heel and 4 mm at the toes. An antimicrobial, breathable felt lining keeps them fresh, and they will not slip in the shoe.
Five sizes run from X-Small (men's 3.5 - 5, women's 4.5 - 6) to X-Large (men's 11.5 - 13). Trim to fit. Hand wash with cool water and mild soap, blot and air dry.
