About The Gel Heel Cups
Place a cup in the shoe over the insole, or wear it inside a sock: pull the sock on halfway, set the cup on the heel and pull the sock up. They can be trimmed to fit athletic shoes, dress shoes and boots.
The gel is washable and keeps feet cool. Women's fit shoe sizes 6-10 and men's fit 8-13, one pair per pack. Hand wash in cold water with mild soap and air dry.
