About The Wooden Transfer Board
Two rounded cutout handholds give a secure grip, and the ends taper so the board slips easily under the person and onto the next seat. Corners are rounded to avoid snagging upholstery. Choose 24 by 8, 30 by 8 or 36 by 11.5 inches, all 0.75 inches thick; Vive lists capacities of 440 lbs for the 30 inch board and 800 lbs for the 36 inch. Rest at least a third of the board on each surface.
