About The Ring Grip Exercisers
The 6 count set includes rings at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 lb, from teal to red, plus a nylon travel bag. A 4 count set is also offered; Vive's record does not list which levels it contains. Each ring has an outer diameter of 3.45 in and an inner diameter of 1.75 in, sized for most adult hands.
The silicone is nonslip, odorless, latex-free and split- and crack-resistant. Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and air dry.
