Most grip tools work the muscles that close the hand. These Vive extension exercisers work the other direction: you put your fingers through the holes and spread them against the band, stretching and strengthening the extensor muscles. An integrated squeeze ball adds grip work too.

About The Hand Extension Exercisers
The set has three tensions, green light, blue medium and purple firm, so you can progress. Eight finger holes let you adjust the grip, and the soft design stretches to fit any hand size. Each is 11 cm across, made of latex-free TPE that resists splitting and tearing. Wash with mild soap and water, dry right away and dust with cornstarch if it feels sticky.
