About The Hand Exercise Balls
They are color-coded: orange is extra soft, green soft, blue medium and purple firm. Each ball is 5 cm across to fit adult hands, with a lightly textured, non-slip surface. The material is a non-toxic thermoplastic elastomer that is latex-free, quiet, odorless and tear-resistant. A nylon carry bag and an illustrated manual are included. Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent and keep out of direct sun.
