About The Finger Exercisers
The set includes three exercisers with color-coded resistance: teal at 1.5 pounds, light gray at 3 pounds and black at 5 pounds, so you can move up as you progress. Each is compact at 3.5 by .5 by 1 inches, made of ABS composite with a steel spring and a contoured, latex-free TPR grip that works in either hand. Wipe with a dry cloth and keep the springs dry.
