About The Heavy Duty Wheelchair
The reinforced steel frame supports up to 400 pounds while the chair weighs 45 pounds, and it folds for closets and car trunks. The seat measures 20 by 16 inches at 19.5 inches high, with an 18-inch back. Overall the chair is 27 inches wide, which Vive says fits standard 30-inch doorways, 36.3 inches high and 42 inches long with footrests. The footrests adjust to your height and swing away for transfers, and hand brakes help on slopes.
Choose black or blue. It arrives mostly assembled. Vive covers the frame for 1 year and the handles for 90 days when registered within 30 days of purchase.
