About The Bariatric Transport Wheelchair
Dual handbrakes at the ergonomic push handles give the caregiver stopping control. Height-adjustable leg rests swing away for transfers and extra legroom, while the fixed armrests give steady upper-body support. The seat is 19.5 in high, the rear wheels are 12 in and the front wheels 8 in. The chair weighs 48 lbs and folds to 10.5 in wide for storage or the car; open, it measures 40 by 37 by 27 in.
The seat fabric is breathable to help keep the user cool, and the chair comes in black. It arrives as one complete transport chair.
