For bathing lying down, Smirthwaite's fixed-height shower stretcher mounts on the wall with no floor attachments and can sit directly above a bathtub. Smirthwaite calls it an entry-level option suited to homes and smaller bathrooms, and it folds away to a stored width of 9.4 in when not in use.

About The Shower Stretcher Fixed
It holds up to 441 lb. Six sizes run from 55.1 in to 74.8 in long; the table is 25.6 in wide, or 39.4 in with the side guard rails, which stand 5.7 in high. The stainless steel frame is powder coated and weighs 165 lb to 176 lb by size. Each size comes with or without a vinyl headrest that locks at your chosen angle.
In the box: wall bracket assembly and cover, stretcher frame, fixing kit and side guard rails. Drywall or stud walls need an extra backing board, bought separately. It is for indoor use. Smirthwaite warrants materials and workmanship for 2 years.
