Golden's Ally is a folding power wheelchair meant to have the solid feel of a traditional chair while staying light enough to travel. Golden says its tight turning radius makes indoor navigation easy, and its large pneumatic rear wheels give a smooth ride outside.

About The Ally
The chair weighs 56 pounds assembled and carries up to 330 pounds. A 12AH 24V lithium-ion battery, weighing 5 pounds, gives up to 9 miles at up to 5 mph; Golden calls it airline-friendly. It turns in 28.5 inches, measures 41 by 24.5 inches, and has a 17 by 16 inch seat at 21.5 inches from the ground. You can drive it with the Smart Control mobile app or an optional wireless remote.
Flip-up armrests, a removable memory foam cushion, A and C USB ports, front and rear lights and a waterproof backpack are among its features. Golden warrants the frame for 5 years (limited), the drive train and electronics for 13 months and the batteries for 1 year.
