Careers

Work that matters, alongside people who care.

My Mobility Center is built around skilled professionals who do meaningful work with integrity. Technicians, installers, sales staff, and operations team members who recognize themselves in our values are the people we want to work alongside.

Talk to us about an opportunity

What we offer.

We invest in our people because the work demands it. Six things you should expect when you work here.

Competitive pay

Compensation structured to attract and retain people who can build careers with us. We do not staff with the lowest-cost labor we can find. The people doing the work deserve to support their families on the work.

Factory training and certification

Manufacturer-led training programs in BraunAbility, Ricon, Maxon, Bruno, Harmar, and the major complex rehab brands. EPA Section 608, FMVSS, and other federal certifications provided. Training is part of the job, not a personal expense.

Meaningful work

The equipment we install and service helps people move through the world with dignity. The contracts we hold serve school districts, transit authorities, hospitals, and families. The work matters and the people we serve know it.

Growth opportunities

Field technicians advance to lead specialist roles. Specialists advance to service managers. Sales staff advance to corporate roles. As My Mobility Center expands the franchise network, advancement opportunities expand with it.

Family-owned, faith-aligned culture

Family-owned with Christ-centered operating principles. Leadership is involved in the work. Decisions are made by people you can speak with. The culture is built around accountability and respect.

National reach, local presence

Work alongside teams across the Southeast and beyond. Travel opportunities for the right roles. Long-term career paths as the franchise network expands into new states and new categories.

How we hire.

We hire for character first, capability second. Technical skill can be trained. The kind of person who shows up at a customer’s home or a school district’s bus yard and represents this brand cannot.

01

The conversation

Reach out through the inquiry form, or send us a resume. A real person from the operations team responds. We will ask about your experience, your situation, and what kind of work you are looking for.

02

The meeting

In-person meeting at a franchise location, or video meeting if geography requires it. We learn about your background. You learn about our work. Both sides get a clear sense of fit before committing to next steps.

03

The evaluation

Reference checks, skill assessments where applicable, and a working trial period for technical roles. We want both parties to be confident in the match before formalizing it.

04

The offer and onboarding

Written offer with compensation, benefits, training schedule, and the certification path appropriate to your role. Onboarding includes shadow time with experienced team members and structured introductions to the people you will work with.

If our values are a fit, we should talk.

The Values page describes what we believe and how we operate. Read it before applying. If you recognize yourself in what we describe, the conversation will go further. If you do not, that is useful information for both of us.

Tell us about yourself.

Whether you are responding to a specific opportunity or simply introducing yourself for future consideration, send us a note. A real person will read it. A real person will respond within five business days. If you would rather call, our number is (706) 207-2091.

Optional, but helps us understand your full background.

Optional. If you prefer to send a formatted resume, mention it in your background field and we will follow up with instructions.
