The broader team

Beyond corporate leadership.

Corporate leadership runs My Mobility Center as a brand. The day-to-day work of installing equipment, servicing fleets, supporting customers, and operating service vehicles is led by the field teams at our franchise locations. Our flagship franchise, Custom Mobility, operates from Athens, Georgia, with a team that includes service managers, lead technicians, parts and inventory specialists, mobility specialists, and operations staff.

How we lead.

Leadership at My Mobility Center is operational, not ceremonial. The people whose names appear on this page are the people you will speak with if you need to escalate, propose, or resolve. Here is the standard we hold ourselves to.

We answer for our decisions.

Strategy, hiring, customer escalations, contract terms, and operational decisions are owned by leadership and explained to the people they affect. If you need an answer from the top, you can have one.

We lead alongside the team.

Our leadership is involved in the work. We know the technicians by name. We know the customers we serve. We are not insulated from the operational reality of the business. That keeps the standards honest.

We do what we said we would do.

When we make a commitment, we keep it. When circumstances change, we say so and explain. The brand’s reputation is built one followed-through promise at a time.

If you need to reach leadership, you can.

Procurement officers, partners, journalists, and prospective franchisees all have legitimate reasons to speak with leadership directly. Use the Schedule Free Consultation form below, or contact us at the number listed. We respond to real inquiries.
