Clinical Partners & Therapy.
Complex rehab technology is where mobility equipment becomes clinical practice. Our ATP-credentialed specialists work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, physiatrists, and prescribing clinicians to specify, fit, and deliver equipment matched to each patient. This is the work that requires a credentialed specialist.
ATP-Led Complex Rehab Evaluations
Assistive Technology Professional credentialed evaluations for power mobility, manual mobility, and complex seating. Conducted in clinic, in home, or in coordination with your therapy team. Documentation appropriate for medical necessity, prior authorization, and Medicaid and private insurance submission.
Power Mobility & Complex Seating
Group 3 power wheelchairs, complex rehab manual chairs, custom seating and positioning systems, alternative drive controls, tilt and recline systems. Configured to the patient, not pulled from a catalog.
Therapist Partnership Model
We work as the equipment specialist on your patient’s care team. The therapist drives the clinical recommendations. We translate those recommendations into the specific equipment, configurations, and adjustments that deliver on them.
Prior Authorization & Documentation
Medicaid and private insurance prior authorization paperwork prepared and submitted. Letters of medical necessity drafted from clinical documentation. Appeal support when prior authorizations are denied. We know the forms because we file them constantly.
Delivery, Fitting & Adjustment
Equipment delivered to the patient. Initial fitting by an ATP. Adjustments scheduled as the patient’s body, condition, or environment changes. Service continues for the life of the equipment, not just at delivery.
Manufacturer Authorizations
Authorized dealer relationships with Quantum Rehab, Permobil, Invacare, Pride Mobility, Sunrise Medical, and the other major complex rehab manufacturers. The product matches the patient, not the dealer’s contract.
How we work.
Four steps from the first conversation to equipment serving your patients, your residents, or your facility. The process adapts to the clinical and contractual realities of healthcare delivery.
The conversation
Reach out through the consultation form, or have your procurement team contact us directly. A real person at My Mobility Center responds, usually same day. We will ask about your facility, your equipment needs, your clinical workflows, and your timeline.
The clinical or facility evaluation
Site visit, patient evaluation, or facility audit by the appropriate specialist. ATP evaluations for complex rehab. Service technician assessment for installed equipment. Compliance specialist for facility accessibility. Each evaluation produces documented findings appropriate for the audience.
The agreement
Contract structure aligned to the work. Patient-specific delivery for individual equipment. Multi-year service contract for facility equipment. Master service agreement for hospital systems. Procurement and legal review handled before any work begins.
The work and the relationship
Certified technicians deliver, install, and service. ATPs fit and adjust. Documentation flows back to your team on the agreed cadence. The relationship continues as long as the equipment serves the patient or the facility.
The same standard for every patient.
My Mobility Center is family-owned, with operating standards rooted in service to others. In healthcare, that means the same attention to the resident in a 50-bed senior facility that we bring to the surgical patient in a 600-bed hospital system. We bring values-driven leadership to every clinical partnership and every facility relationship.
Our values
Contracting and engagement models.
Healthcare providers engage us under several contracting models depending on the work. Here are the common ones.
Master Service Agreement
Single contract covering multi-year, multi-facility work. Defined service levels, pricing schedules, response times, and reporting cadences. Common for hospital systems and senior care portfolios.
Facility-Specific Contract
Scoped and contracted to a single facility. Equipment installation, ongoing service, and accessibility work for one site. Appropriate when an enterprise-wide contract is not yet in scope.
Clinical Partnership Agreement
Working relationship with therapy practices and clinical teams. Patient-specific equipment delivery under each patient’s insurance authorization. ATP services billed as part of the clinical evaluation process.
Capital Project Contract
Project-specific contract for new construction, major renovation, or facility modernization. Scoped to the project. Closed out at substantial completion. Service continues under a separate ongoing-service agreement.
Pricing scales to facility size, equipment count, service complexity, and contract length. Enterprise healthcare accounts receive consolidated billing, dedicated account management, and reporting cadences aligned to your internal compliance and survey schedules.
Common questions from healthcare leaders.
If your question is not here, contact our healthcare team at (706) 207-2091.
Do you carry the insurance and credentials hospital contracting requires?
Yes. My Mobility Center maintains general liability, professional liability, automobile, workers compensation, and product liability insurance at coverage levels appropriate to hospital and senior care contracting. Vendor credentialing through third-party services (Reptrax, Vendormate, Symplr) is supported. Certificates and credentialing documentation provided as required.
Can your ATPs work alongside our therapy team?
Yes. Our ATP-credentialed specialists work as the equipment specialist on the patient’s care team. Your therapists drive the clinical recommendations. We translate those recommendations into specific equipment, configurations, and adjustments. We document our findings in formats compatible with the clinical record where appropriate.
How do you handle prior authorization for complex rehab equipment?
We prepare and submit prior authorization paperwork for Medicaid (state-dependent) and most private insurers. Letters of medical necessity drafted from clinical documentation provided by the prescribing therapist or physician. Appeal support when initial submissions are denied.
Are your service records appropriate for Joint Commission survey?
Yes. Equipment service records, preventive maintenance logs, and accessibility documentation are formatted for Joint Commission environment of care surveys, CMS surveys, and state licensing surveys. Records are maintained for the retention period your accreditation cycle requires.
How do you handle multi-facility coordination?
My Mobility Center operates as a national network. Multi-facility contracts are structured with a primary point of contact at corporate and local service execution through the appropriate franchise location. Consistent service standards across the portfolio with consolidated billing and reporting.
Do you accept Medicare for patient equipment?
My Mobility Center does not currently accept Medicare. For patient-specific equipment, we work with Medicaid (state-dependent), private insurance for qualifying durable medical equipment, and third-party financing where appropriate. Facility-level contracts are billed directly to the facility.
What is your emergency response capability when patient lift equipment fails?
Response times are defined in the service contract. Standard hospital contracts include same-day or defined-hour response for critical patient handling equipment failures. Premium contracts can include guaranteed response windows with financial penalties for non-performance.
