How we work.
Four steps from the first conversation to the day the equipment is serving your fleet, your facility, or your agency. The process scales to the contract.
The conversation
Schedule a consultation, or send the RFP. A real person at My Mobility Center will respond and assign your account to the appropriate franchise location. We will ask about your fleet, your facility, your timeline, and your procurement constraints.
The scope
A site visit or fleet audit by a qualified service technician or compliance specialist. We measure, count, inspect, and document. The output is a scope of work and a written estimate, formatted for your procurement process.
The contract
Standard service agreement, multi-year master contract, or RFP-aligned contract vehicle. We work with your legal and procurement teams to put the right paper in place before any work begins.
The work
Manufacturer-trained, certified technicians execute the contract. Documentation flows back to your office on the agreed cadence. Quarterly reviews. Annual renewals. The relationship runs the way contracts of this scale need to run.
Standards that scale with the contract.
My Mobility Center is family-owned, with operating standards rooted in service to others. The same accountability that governs our smallest residential install governs our largest fleet service agreement. We bring values-driven leadership to every contract, and we hold ourselves to performance terms that make our customers’ procurement officers comfortable putting our name in their RFP responses.
Our values

Common questions from procurement officers.
If something you need to know is not here, contact our procurement liaison at (706) 207-2091.
Do you respond to RFPs?
Yes. My Mobility Center responds to public RFPs from school districts, transit agencies, municipalities, and other government bodies. We track the RFP timeline, submit within procurement deadlines, and provide all standard supporting documentation (insurance, bonding, references, performance history, compliance certifications).
What is your bonding capacity?
My Mobility Center maintains bonding capacity appropriate to multi-year service contracts. Specific bonding amounts are confirmed during the RFP process. We can provide bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds as required by your procurement specifications.
Are your technicians authorized to service the equipment we already have?
Most likely, yes. We hold manufacturer authorizations for Braun, Ricon, Maxon, and the other major wheelchair lift manufacturers. We also service securement systems (Q’Straint, Sure-Lock), accessibility door operators, HVAC, and ancillary equipment. If you can name the brand on your existing fleet, we can usually confirm authorization within 24 hours.
Can you provide audit-ready documentation?
Yes. All service work generates documentation appropriate for state DOT audits, Federal Title VI reviews, FTA compliance reporting, and district or agency internal audits. Records are maintained for the retention period your jurisdiction mandates. Reports are delivered on the cadence specified in the service contract.
What is your response time for emergency repairs?
Response times are defined in the service contract and vary based on the agreement’s scope. Standard contracts typically include same-day or next-business-day response for emergency lift failures. Premium contracts can include defined response time guarantees with financial penalties for non-performance.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. My Mobility Center maintains general liability, professional liability, and workers compensation insurance at coverage levels appropriate to public-sector contracting. Certificates of insurance are provided with every RFP response and are kept current with the contracting authority throughout the contract term.
Can your service network handle contracts outside Georgia?
My Mobility Center operates as a national network with franchise locations and mobile service teams. Contract execution outside our immediate footprint is coordinated through the appropriate franchise or partner location. Multi-state contracts are structured with a primary point of contact at My Mobility Center and local service execution from the appropriate location.
How are pricing and renewal terms structured?
Pricing on multi-year contracts is typically structured with fixed annual rates and defined escalators tied to specific cost indices (labor, parts, fuel) so your agency can predict the budget impact across the contract term. Renewal terms are negotiated 90 to 180 days before contract end to provide procurement timeline alignment.
