Elevators
Residential elevators and through-floor lifts engineered to the home’s existing structure. From new construction to retrofits of established homes.
Talk to a specialistMove between floors with comfort and independence.
An elevator connects the floors of a home for someone who can no longer manage stairs, and for the household that wants to stay in the home for the long term. The right system depends on the home. A traditional residential elevator runs in a hoistway and suits new construction or a home with space to build one. A through-floor lift travels between two floors without a separate shaft, for homes where cutting a hoistway is not practical. Every project begins with a structural assessment and a written scope.
Types of elevator.
Residential Elevators
Traditional cab elevators that run in a hoistway between multiple floors, ideal for new construction or established homes with room to build one in.
Through-Floor Lifts
Compact lifts that pass between two floors through the ceiling without a separate shaft, a practical option for retrofitting a home where a hoistway cannot be cut.
What we install and service.
My Mobility Center is an authorized dealer for the leading residential elevator manufacturers, including Savaria (the Vuelift, Eclipse, and Telecab lines), Symmetry, and Stiltz. Carrying several systems lets us match the elevator to the home, whether the priority is capacity, footprint, or a clean retrofit.
Elevators are installed by factory-certified technicians and a licensed elevator mechanic, with the wiring, structural work, and code inspections the install requires. We commission the system and train the household on operation, the emergency lowering function, and routine care. We also offer preventive maintenance agreements, safety inspections, and repair, with manufacturer warranties confirmed in writing at purchase.
