Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: June 19, 2026
Our Commitment
My Mobility Center is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities. We serve people with mobility needs every day, and we believe our digital presence should be as welcoming and usable as the equipment we install and service. Accessibility is part of who we are, not a checkbox.
Accessibility Standards
We aim to conform our website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium for making digital content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. These guidelines address visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
What We Do to Support Accessibility
Steps we take to make our site accessible include:
- Clear page structure with semantic HTML headings, landmarks, and navigation.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive elements.
- Form fields with clear labels and error messages.
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and input methods.
- Compatibility with common screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
- Regular content review to identify and address accessibility issues.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add new content, redesign sections of the site, and integrate new third-party tools, we work to maintain accessibility. Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible to all users. We are committed to identifying and addressing these issues as we become aware of them.
Known Limitations
The following areas of our site may have accessibility limitations:
- Older content created before our current accessibility standards were adopted may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
- Some embedded third-party content, including maps, videos, and social media widgets, may not be fully accessible.
- PDF documents linked from the site may not all have accessibility features. If you need a PDF in a different format, contact us using the information below and we will provide an accessible alternative.
Third-Party Content
Our site may include content, tools, or services provided by third parties. We have limited control over the accessibility of third-party content. We work with our third-party providers to encourage them to meet accessibility standards.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, or if you need assistance using any part of our site, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information, service, or transaction you are seeking through an accessible communication method.
When you contact us about an accessibility issue, please include:
- The URL of the page where you encountered the issue.
- A description of the issue.

- Your contact information so we can respond.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.
